The shipping paid does not include any import taxes - these are the buyer's responsibility.
If you cancel an order I will refund the cost of the goods via Paypal once they have been returned in their original condition and packaging to me, less the postage costs. I need to be notified within 7 days if you wish to cancel your purchase. If the item(s) haven't been yet posted by me the full amount will be refunded. Custom orders will not be refunded unless faulty.
